When shipping in South Africa, Beauty IV Ashes recommends using The Courier Guy – Door to Door. We can also arrange for collection from your premises if in the Gauteng area, for a delivery fee of R50.

The amount of ash required is very small; just two teaspoons per painting. All of the supplied ash will be worked into the oil paint and used in the art piece.

We recommend that you place the ash inside 2 ziplock sealed bags (one inside the other) and then inside a standard white envelope with your name and order number clearly marked.

Other than minute variants in the texture of the paint, you cannot see the ash once it is mixed in.

It is of the utmost importance to us that the entire process be treated with dignity and respect. We therefore ensure that only one painting is created at a time and all the mixed paint and ash is worked into the art piece.

Any request to cancel an order will be honoured within 1 week of the sale. You will be responsible for all costs incurred on our end up to that point.
